Great! The catch was that the client was subjected to an aggressive sales pitch whilst being bussed from one development to another until he/she finally gives in and buys a property desparate to make the whole process stop. The good news is that we have never worked like that.
If you change your mind during your visit we will change the itinerary. The bad news is that you have to pay for your flights although we will be pleased to accommodate you in our own four star hotel for the duration of your trip. Oh, and pay for your meals.
Depending upon the time of arrival you will begin viewing properties either later that day or the next day.
The day ends around 5.00pm and the evening is yours. After we have answered your questions you will be left to your own devices and can chat to other clients. If you decide to buy we will, of course, refund to you the cost of your flights. Airlines: Alicante and Murcia www.bmibaby.com |

In the bad old days Inspection Trips were completely free.
Before you arrive in Spain we will work with you to try and identify the
type and location of property that would best suit you so that when you
arrive we will have your itinerary worked out.
Inspection trips are usually from Tuesday to Saturday or Friday to
Tuesday (these can be changed if necessary). Clients will be collected
from either Alicante or Murcia airport by one of our representatives
where they will be transferred to our own 4 star hotel.
After a leisurely breakfast you will be picked up from our hotel at
around 10.00am each morning and shown around the developments of your
choice with one of our English guides.
